Join us on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July at Newbridge House, Donabate for two days of live cookery demonstrations, Meet the Maker interviews, and local food experiences — all from Fingal’s finest producers and chefs.
Fingal Food Circle is a collaborative network of food and drink producers, experiences and hospitality businesses based in Fingal. Since its early development and formal launch in 2022, the network has championed local enterprise through networking, training, hosted events, and participation in the Flavours of Fingal festival. As a central voice for Fingal’s dynamic food and drink scene, the network plays a key role in delivering the county’s Food Tourism and Food and Drink initiatives. The network was proud to launch our new brand, Fingal Food Circle at Flavours of Fingal 2025.
Fingal is rich in food heritage – from its fertile farmland and coastal waters to generations of growers, fishermen, and producers who have shaped its culinary identity. The Fingal Food Circle celebrates this unique landscape and legacy by promoting sustainability, championing local sourcing, and connecting people to the story of food from land and sea. Our members are committed to showcasing the very best of Fingal’s food culture and delivering authentic, local food experiences to both residents and visitors.
The network is proudly supported by Fingal County Council.
